Peter Harrison founded DiversityNow in 1999. He worked as an executive director of Goldman Sachs Equities from 1993 until February 2000. Prior to Goldman, Peter summer-interned at McKinsey in 1992 and graduated with an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1993.

Before Business School, he was a Chartered Accountant at Andersen. He qualified as a tax practitioner (ATII), an investment manager (AIIMR) and a Corporate Treasurer (ACT).

Peter's interests include running, motorcycling, rock-climbing and his 4 sons.

Claire Crichton graduated from Glasgow University in 1992 with a First Class Honours degree in Law. She qualified as a solicitor at McGrigor Donald before moving to London to join the Finance department of Simmons & Simmons, and then specialising in tax-structured finance in the London office of the New York law firm, Dewey Ballantine.

Claire joined DiversityNow as Counsel in November 1999, and her responsibilities include developing and maintaining student relationships.
