DiversityNow is an organisation that mentors job seekers from diverse backgrounds, and that helps prestigious employers committed to diversity to target and hire candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Our mission is to maximise your chances of getting job offers when you interview. We offer intensive interview coaching for every interview you attend. We have an outstanding track record at helping people land jobs in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Accounting and other professions.

The reason we are so effective is that our team has worked at the most prestigious global employers and has been interviewed by, and secured offers from, many more firms. Most of the professionals who will help you have MBAs from top 10 global Business Schools and are experts in the job hunting and interview process.

We make a particular effort to help black professionals and black students. We coordinate the Alliance of African Caribbean Societies, the UK's largest network of black students. We also coordinate the largest network of black professionals interested in being shown job opportunities. We also help doctors and surgeons change careers.

Our services are free to job seekers whom we invite to use our service. We do not exclude anyone and regularly offer help to non-diverse job seekers. We are sponsored by some of the most prestigious investment banks and management consulting firms.

DiversityNow was founded by Peter Harrison, who spent 7 years at Goldman Sachs in London as an Executive Director in Convertible Bonds, following an internship at McKinsey London, and an MBA from Kellogg Business School, one of the leading US business schools.
