In the summer of 2003 Diversity Now coached nearly all of the black students hired by the major investment banks in London. We worked for one global investment bank, and were the major contributor to this bank hiring more black students for the summer than all the other banks put together.

The reason for our success in getting black students hired is the expertise we bring to the table in educating you about how to handle the toughest interviews and about how to acquire exactly the right industry knowledge.

From the employer's perspective, we are useful because we always find black students who have not applied through the main recruitment process. 22 of the 24 black students we coached for summer intern interviews received offers from investment banks.
